Change your experience

From small changes to big wins – create the student experience you deserve.

We’re looking for our next Full-Time Officers. Vote for the candidates who will make the changes you want to see!

How Voting Works

Not sure how votes are counted? We’ve got you! Your vote always counts—even if your top pick doesn’t make it!

Rank Your Favourite

Vote by ranking candidates in order of preference. Your top pick goes first!

Re-Open Nominations (R.O.N.)

Think none of the options are right? Choose R.O.N. to call for new nominations.

Fair and Flexible Counting

If no one wins outright, the candidate with the fewest votes is eliminated, and those votes move to your next preference. This continues until we have a winner.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can get involved?

Change Week is open to all students based on our Streatham or St Luke’s Campuses and online or distance students. There are lots of ways for you to get involved, both in the Forum, academic buildings and online!

What’s happened to elections? Is this still happening?

Yes! Elections are still happening, but this year, they’re part of Change Week (10–14 March). That means you’ll have even more opportunities to get involved, make your voice heard, and help shape the future of your student experience— all in one impactful week.

How do I vote in the elections?

It’s easy! Voting is open between 10 – 13 March, all you need to do is login to your Guild account at this link or pop along to one of our many pop-up vote booths across campus! For full details visit exeterguild.com/elections-2025/elections. Not sure who to vote for? View the candidates here.

There is something I want to go to but its sold out or full. What can I do?

Some of our events sell out very quickly, but not to worry! Join the waitlist on Fixr and you will be contacted if a space becomes available! There is lots of different activities this week so you won’t miss out.

I’ve got an idea to make change, who do I talk to about it?

Changemaking doesn’t have to be scary – it starts with something you’re passionate about. If you’re already supporting a campaign, have a campaign idea, or more of a vision of how you want something to be– we can support you with every step of your activist journey.

From mapping your idea, providing funding, bookings, events, and getting you into the right room with the right people – we are here to help you turn those ideas into plans and action! Get in touch with the team today at exeterguild.com/campaigns, to kickstart your campaign!
